Job Details

• Quality Control, inspection and certification of all FRP Composites products from contract manufacturing unit. This also includes the order confirmation assessing drawings and customers’ specifications for different products.
• Investigation of customers’ complaints.
• Validation of specification and design before order- confirmation
• Compliance to delivery schedule and quality management system.
• Examination of quality of incoming materials for manufacturing purpose.
• Preparation MIS on Quality and compliances of delivery, defect catalogue with diagnostic analysis and remedial path, preparation of database on First time right, rejection ppm with appropriate reasons.
• Weekly review of safety with manufacturing partner and daily review on planning, production and control.
• Daily reporting to Head Quality Assurance

• Relevant experience (Type/ Nature and years of relevant experience required to execute the role):
• Quality control and inspection with domain knowledge in manufacturing and quality aspects of FRP Composites materials.
• Technical Competencies:
• Threshold skills and capabilities required to execute the role:
• 1. Knowledge of composite materials, different manufacturing technologies and applicable standards at different stages of manufacturing.
• 2. Data Analysis capabilities and IT skill
