Job Description	Proactive engagement with customer to develop and launch new products on time meeting QDC targets Role description : Disciplined execution of NPD process, conducting design reviews and progress reviews, customer interfacing, project planning & management and control for new products, documentation control for NPD activities, problem solving cycles within NPD process, good team management skills, multi project management
Desired Profile	Must possess working knowledge in process planning for casting/machining for Aluminium die cast auto components, project planning management & control of New Product Development (NPD) programs. Capable of interacting with customers on project planning, process design & quality assurance requirements and familiar with QA systems pertaining to TS16949 & international automobile OEMs. #LI-AS1
