Job Description

1) Plan & achieve sales volume & market share
2) Forecast demand & ensure stock availability at all dealerships
3) Ensure availability of working capital to achieve plans at all dealerships.
4) Propose promotional budget with clear objective of volume generation and get approvals
5) Evaluate effectiveness of activities and make periodic modifications / alterations in activities
6) Visit dealer / market with Territory Manager and coach the Territory Manager on the job
7) Identification of new dealer candidates and primary evaluation of candidate and infrastructure
8) Identification of locations for ASC appointment and selection of suitable party for ASC
9) Energize / Train / Motivate the team and dealer and ASC network
10) Review performance of dealers
11) Conduct monthly area meetings and dealer/ASC meetings
