Desired Profile
  • Understanding the dynamics of the circle telecom trends & design strategies to ensure higher share of Customer Market Share, Revenue Market Share & Profitability
  • Develop operational goals for each function & vertical, which are aggressive, measurable, and tied to long- term business goals.
  • Good understanding of Marketing and sales functions.
  • Should have done multiple roles in Sales, Distribution and Marketing.
  • Understanding of Telecom products, services, Distribution model, Channels and Trade in the Consumer Mobility Business
  • Defining distribution strategy and enhance the reach of products across various channels of retail, Multi brand outlet, modern trade and alliances
  • Few years of experience in managing the Marketing function (Pre-pay & Post-pay) in a telecom operations with deep dive understanding of Acquisition strategies and products, Usage and Retention practices, Customer Value Management concepts, Use of Multi channels to upsell and techno commercial understanding of each business stream.
