Designation Regional Manager
Job Description

Will be responsible for Regional Delivery Operations including total implementation of processes & systems in the delivery vertical  Handle multiple centers at one point of time.
Should have Strong Managerial & Administrative Qualities
Will be responsible & involved in the selection & training of Trainers & Training Executives/Coordinators at regional level.
Ensuring optimum utilization of resources & co-ordination with other Departments
Regular visits to the centers.
Responsible for putting students in the batches after Admission
To Ensure quality of Training Delivery
A check on student development activities
Ensure student satisfaction and development
Ensuring the certification of the students with Certification Executives.
Controlling Slippage & Leakage at all levels.
Faculty Management & Rostering at regional level.
Desired Profile

Looking for somebody who is currently handling multiple centers, their sales and operations.
