Designation	HR Business Partner
Job Description	Drive HR project management efforts in the region, by collaborating with global and local teams to drive, monitor and review critical projects for the region. Provide inputs at the project design stage and prepare detailed project plans to assign timelines and identify stakeholders. Track roll-out of projects and ensure that critical issues and potential risks are identified and brought to the notice of senior management. Support the design, testing, planning, and implementation of complex projects in the geography, typically affecting large number of users. Develop templates, dashboards, scorecards and metrics to collect and analyze pertinent information and develop standard as well as ad hoc MIS reports on an ongoing basis to ensure effective functioning of the HR function across verticals and locations. Identify best practices and upcoming trends in the field of data analytics in order to implement the same.
Desired Profile	Full Time MBA/ Post Graduate in Human Relations from a premier B-School with 5-10 Years of experience in HR Concepts, Process Orientation, Business Acumen etc.. Must possess ability to work across diverse assignments and deal with ambiguity. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholders effectively.
