Design and implement Intelligent/targeted BTL campaigns for individual customer/customer segments as per strategy
Supervise Campaign Operations - Deployment, Analytics and Points Upload
Create and Conceptualise Communication for Campaigns
Liaison with Vendors and Agencies; Manage the creative agency
Maintain Campaign Trackers for Billing and Budgeting
Conceptualise and propose Campaigns with Format/Category teams to achieve their strategic objectives
Customer Data Cleansing and Enriching
Develop and Periodically Evaluate Campaign processes and Efficacy of Execution
Conceptualize, plan, execute and manage campaigns on Social media
