Job Details

Supporting Local Statutory accounts production COE in preparation & review of Annual accounts for local filing in accordance with the relevant GAAP/ IFRS/Global Business & FINREP Reporting schedules for Interim & Annual Report & Accounts.
Standardize the disclosures in the local accounts across entities factoring in the GAAP requirements and develop model accounts for each GAAP.
Perform & review financial/consolidation checks to ensure the accuracy, completeness and validity of financial/non-financial data & commentaries
Understand business requirements and interpret data to provide meaningful analysis reports for onshore/offshore senior managers review
Support and ensure timely and accurate delivery of all SOX related compliance, ensure compliance of Group/GFC policies & procedures

CA/CWA/CPA//MBA (Finance) with minimum post qualification experience of 6 years or more in Finance and Accounting and Financial Reporting.
Knowledge on IFRS / USGAAP / General accounting principles
Exposure in Consolidation of Entities (including related accounting)
Management Reporting
