Designation	Testing Engineer
Job Description	Build and Create Test Strategy, Test stage plans and Test Sign-off reports , and align the team effort with the overall Test Strategy Perform and review testing analysis to ensure that all business requirements are met and suitable test processes are in place to verify and validate them. Testing for RWA Transformation Programme will follow a risk-based, time-boxed test strategy including positive testing of new functionality and regression testing of existing functionality in an Agile environment. Review of Test Scenarios, Test Conditions & Scripts and securing buy-in from Stakeholders.
Desired Profile	Post Graduate with 15+ years of overall of relevant work experience. Recent exposure to Big Data projects in an Agile environment will be a definite plus. Extensive experience of working in Test Management, Test Automation, Functional Testing Analysis, Process automation and business system process analysis within Finance and / or Controllers department(s) Good Functional experience in BASEL II Reporting requirements Proficient in understanding database, SQL server, and knowledgeable in usage of SQL queries. Knowledge of automation tools (i.e.: HP / Mercury Quick Test Pro, Quality Center), MS Excel and MS Access. Must have worked on Finance System Implementation Projects. Proven team leading experience for a minimum of 5 years Must be flexible and open to travel
