Job Details

The candidate will be part of change and transformation team and will be responsible for driving change initiatives and  deliver efficiency targets.

Primary responsibilities include :

Opportunity identification
o Lead / drive opportunity identification for change / process improvement / transformation
o Establish book of work and business case
Project execution
o Facilitate / solution identification
o Provide requisite (training on methodology as appropriate)
o Drive and govern project execution
o Escalate issues / road blocks
o Ensure benefit delivery
Stakeholder management
o Engage teams in GFC / Global Finance as appropriate (Operations, Technology, Transformation, BRCM, COO office)
o Establish acceptance - drive continuous improvement culture
