Job Description:
(I) INDIRECT TAXATION:

• Development / improvement in systems / process / procedures in day to day indirect taxes affairs of the company
• Monitoring & ensuring legal compliances in the area of Foreign Trade Policy / Excise / Customs / Service Tax / Sales Tax
• Co-ordinate with various revenue authorities in indirect taxation area.
• Co-ordinate & ensure with team members in applying licenses , redemption thereof and various incentive scrip from DGFT and also obtaining Rebates/Refunds/Drawback/other receivable dues from the govt. authorities like Excise , Customs etc.
• Strategizing tax planning avenues, so as to reduce the tax impact on the company.
• Contributing in the legal matters of indirect taxation like briefing counsel and co-ordinate with them for court appearances etc.
• Ensuring indirect taxes records aligning with accounting records i.e. returns / records are in agreement with GL codes.

• Ideal candidate should be CA with 6-10 years of post qualification experience in Indirect Taxation from manufacturing Industries.
• Candidate should be from South India/Tamil Nadu.
• Should be willing to relocate to Tuticorin.
• Should have through pout career 1st Class i.e.60% min in 10th, +2 & +3.
• Should have cleared all subjects in X, XII and Graduation in first attempt.
• CA should be cleared in 1st or 2nd Attempt:Out of the 4 Groups of Inter & Final CA Examination:
