Roles and responsibilities:
will be supporting regional finance operations and financial business partners.
will be supporting service delivery of regional finance systems

will be implementing standardized processes across systems to manage system security, change, escalation & system monitoring
Review and assess the impact of new GL function and features.
Work closely with the IT teams and design solutions to address platform impact
Build and contribute into a high performance team supporting the group strategic programs
Build the SME capability and support new process capabilities
Establish strong working relationships with business partners and line finance
Implement best practices and drive process excellence culture within the teams
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and drive re-engineering and optimization of processes
Monitor the financial platform availability and performance to meet with the performance level agreement and understand
