  2. Handled compensation revision, benchmarking. Designed incentive programs (Short/Long Term), worked on Retention Initiatives
  3. Driven Performance Management System while directing, coaching the business leaders
  4. Participated in succession planning for identified incumbents
  5. Actively engage in change management initiatives that enhance overall performance of the organization
  6. Assist on Global Mobility Program and coordinate with internal stakeholders
Post Graduation in Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institutes only
